Look at this fatwa, a woman wrote a shia scholar telling him how uncomfortable she feels with her father always touching her, kissing between her breast and mouth. This wanna be scholar tells her it´s ok, and that doing this is allowed, including "SUCKING HER TONGUE".. as long as he doesn´t do "anything else".
